Reporting to the Senior Improvement Manager you will provide high level strategic detailed operational and customer insight to identify and prioritise major improvement initiatives. You will be expected to provide insight and thought leadership to the development of innovative solutions. You will provide expert consultancy to operations and the client on the design and implementation of complex customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue programmes.
