Our team are in store on variable days and working hours Monday to Sunday across multiple stores. Team Mission:  To delight our customers and store colleagues by:Enhancing the customer experience by becoming a ?go-to? for customers for inspiration when looking for new products & food & recipe ideasAmplifying Sainsbury?s values and differentiators through in-store interaction with the store customers & colleaguesBeing great to work with, driving stores sales and being seen as an additional unique service that benefits the store & the brandsTeam Vision :To be the best In store Sampling Team in the UK.Reports To:Area Sales ManagerDirect Reports :None JOB PURPOSE (S):To conduct professional sampling and demonstration events in-store and implement standards of performance as agreed with the Area Manager to ensure that the sampling operations meet or exceed expectations. SCOPE OF ROLE : The In store Sampler is the face of the sampling programme. They are expected to accurately portray Sainsbury?s & Supplier brand values to customers and stores at all times and be recognised as the in store expert on the products they sample.  KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :The kind of things you will be measured on includes: ?          Application of the REL people promise & values ?          Store satisfaction scores?          Mystery Shopping Results?          Compliance to account & activity specific KPIs?          Quality of communication ?          Accuracy of reporting?          Proactivity of communication KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE :To implement Health & Safety, Food Hygiene & due diligence procedures whilst operating in store at all timesTo attend training as required either face to face or onlineTo ensure quality standards are being met at all times and request guidance/additional trainingas/when requiredTo honour agreed roster commitments at all timesTo download sampling briefs weekly (no later than 24hrs prior to weekday booked to work) and ensure thorough understanding of  what is required BEFORE attending storeTo check text/voice/email messages daily and submit work reports via telephone or web no later than 10pm on the day worked.  To liaise with your Area Manager on instore equipment & POS delivery & logistics requirements as required 091017
