You will ideally be live within Edinburgh or Glasgow and be expected to travel across the country. Working with and selling in to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Nursing Homes and Care Providers, your remit will be to account manage Chubb Community Care?s key accounts across Scotland, as well as to develop and build successful client relationships with new and lapsed customers. Your focus will be to develop the installation business in nurse call / warden call / telecare / telehealth systems and you will be targeted on installation, product and recurring revenue sales. Whilst selling within the Health Care and Social Care sectors would be advantageous, it is more important to us that you possess the following - strong networking and relationship building skills; experience in intricate service / contract sales; patience to cope with a slow sales cycle, coupled with the ambition and drive to make things happen, close deals and multi-task; experience of managing and delivering tenders and quotes. We are looking for a results-focused Sales Professional who is driven to succeed and who has the potential to develop a lengthy career within this market place with Chubb. You must possess a proven track record from a technical sales background, understanding systems, wiring, Wi-Fi, installations and embracing digital technology. Knowledge of electrical / electronic engineering within the Community Care market would also be advantageous but not essential. You will be able to display a passion for the Community Care, Tele-Health and Tele-Care market and also a proven track record in successfully negotiating contract wins.  On top of a competitive Basic Salary of £30-38K (depending on experience), you will be eligible for an incentivized Bonus Scheme, Car/Allowance, Pension, as well as access to the Employee Scholarship Programme and future group wide career prospects. You should be able to see a route to earning £58,000+ Chubb, a UTC Climate, Controls & Security Company, does business with hundreds of thousands of customers around the world.
