We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Project Manager to provide expertise on nursing and medical recruitment and recruitment marketing, focusing particular attention on reducing premium agency expenditure in hard to recruit to areas. Newham University Hospital has a high vacancy rate in nursing and medical and there is an urgent need for a local site based recruitment support to rapidly speed up and increase recruitment activity, to fill vacancies with quality candidates to provide great care to all of its patients and to reduce the high cost of temporary staffing. You will be supported in the role by a band 5 Local recruitment Project Officer and you will be part of the Local Workforce Team reporting into the HR Business Partner.You will develop a good understanding of divisional requirements, support planning, tracking, measuring activity and shaping campaigns and sourcing strategies for key professional groups. You will ensure high quality, accurate recruitment documentation, administration and communication with candidates and recruitment managers at all stages of the recruitment journey. The key measures of success for this role will be reduction in vacancy rates, time to hire metrics, and manager and candidate satisfaction of ease of and quality of service. Identifying and utilising new recruitment marketing opportunities including digital marketing for Newham University Hospital. You will provide expert specialist and professional advice to senior management teams and hiring managers to design awareness communication and attraction campaigns including the most appropriate use of media.You will also develop and maintain effective working relations with the internal central recruitment team to support recruitment and retention and to monitor success.This advert closes on Thursday 26 Oct 2017
