  Position:    Management Accountant Intelligent Telematics is an international business relocatingits UK Head Office to Theale, READINGand is looking to recruit enthusiastic individual to join its vibrant, friendly and focused team.  With an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients, Intelligent Telematics is a premier in-vehicle camera provider to the UK fleet market.The business is looking for a candidate with strong management accounts background ideally from an SME commercial business. Candidate will work directly with the global FD, and will take full responsibility for the daily financial operations of the UK Head Office.   The role will include significant transactional level accounting and bookkeeping.   Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesKeep accounting records to a fully-reconciled TB status, applying month-end and year-end journals as appropriate.Supporting management of accruals, deferred revenue, prepayments, depreciation, and all monthly reconciliations.Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts in accordance with UK GAAPWork alongside FD to ensure an efficient and accurate month-end closurePreparing and processing sales invoices, receipts and payments Manage all aspects of payroll administration, including sending information to 3rdparty payroll and pension bureaus within given deadlinesManage payment of salaries and associated payroll costsProduce various reportsSupport the annual audit processPerform quarterly VAT and other tax submissions in accordance with HMRC deadlinesSupport production of month end management accounts to timetable, incorporating profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting across the group.QualificationsEducated to degree level or with equivalent industry experienceThorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and knowledge of statutory accounting principlesExperience in VAT submissions and clear understanding of VAT rulesExperience with Sage 50Solid MS Excel skillsMeticulous attention to detailFlawless spoken and written English and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels with easeAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentVery competitive remuneration packages available for the best candidates.If you are interested in joining us at this exciting time as we embark on the next stage of our journey, please send your up to date CV to:
