We are currently recruiting in our Group IT team for a Management Assistant to the Group CIO. We are looking for an experienced individual to be responsible for organizing, supporting and coordinating all activities around the Global IT leadership team. The role holder should have an appreciation of technology in a corporate environment and have very strong organisational, administration and communication skills. Your challengeIn this role the key responsibilities will include:* End to end planning of events.* Planning and organization of regular IT leadership meetings.* Management of IT business relations including regular alignment meetings.* Setting and management of meeting agendas and preparation of content.* Orchestrating content contributions, including quality assurance.* Assistance in content and communication material preparation* Documentation of meeting outputs.* Management and follow up of agreed action items.* Organization and execution of regular IT internal and external communications.* Arrange meetings & appointments, including liaising with external companies. * Providing administration support (Flights, hotels, transfers).* Creation and collation of presentation material and documents.* Own company branded areas within the IT department, ensuring they are up to date.Key skills & experience* Ability to adapt and drive change.* Displays resilience, determination and flexibility. * Anticipates and is proactive and achieves results effectively.* Develops cross-functional effectiveness.* Has passion for excellence and is committed and empowered to create breakthrough results.* Good understanding of various technology solutions.* Good Project management and organizational skills.* Business relationship management and business process understanding-basic understanding of value chains and economics.* Service Level Management.* Interpersonal Skills- comfortable to act on each level of the organization.* Multi Language capability.The processIf you have the skills and experience in the above areas and would like to be considered for this role please apply at www.mullercareers.co.uk
