Job Details 36 hours per week (Additional hours as required) As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing and reporting on cost-effective tactical marketing activities which help the Fire & Building Products sector to meet its financial and business objectives. Support the Assistant Marketing Manager with the development of the annual F&BP Marketing Plan and marketing activity programmeImplement the agreed annual Exova F&BP Marketing Activity ProgrammeReview progress of the programme weekly with the Assistant Marketing ManagerEvaluate and report monthly to the Assistant Marketing Manager on the returns generated from key marketing activities within the plan and use this information to refine as necessaryBuild and maintain a close and highly effective working relationship with the relevant sales, technical and business development teams to identify appropriate new services, scope extensions and suitable marketing opportunitiesWork closely with the Exova Group Digital Marketing Executive to monitor the performance of the website taking action to optimize the site where necessaryExecute all previously agreed social media activitiesBe proficient in the use of ExovaHub (CRM system) and use this as a tool to help develop a highly targeted programme of marketing communicationsWork closely with the Exova F&BP Market Research Executive to develop highly targeted prospect lists for marketing activities Implement customer and prospect online and offline marketing campaigns managing all areas of production Work directly with the PR agency to implement the agreed Public Relations programmeWork both in-house and directly with the Exova Group design agency on the production of all marketing collateral ensuring compliance with the Exova Group brand manualHelp organise and attend key exhibitions and events on behalf of Exova F&BP What Are We Looking For Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or a related activity e.g. Business Studies, OR with a professional business management qualification or professional marketing qualification e.g. CIM DiplomaC.3 years proven professional marketing experience in a B2B organisationProven recent professional experience in project management and successful financial budget managementAble to disseminate information in an easy to handle formatCommercially astute with the ability to evaluate projects in terms of their likely return to the businessFlexible in terms of availability and in meeting changing deadlines, including occasional out of hours working/weekend working and travel (including overnight stays) as neededGood IT skills including the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CMS and basic operational capability of design software Who Are We Looking For?
