Gismart, a music app developer based in Soho, is looking for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join the team. A successful candidate will be responsible for a mix of marketing activities related to product branding, PR and product visibility across app stores via app featuring as well as developing and managing relationships with business partners.This person will work directly with Product and Marketing team to develop, plan and execute a strategy for featuring regular product updates across the App Store, Google Play and Amazon AppStore, and manage public relations strategy. He/she will also run effective communication with potential and exciting business partners leading the activities related to the launch of joint campaigns. The role will report to Gismart CEO. Frequent travelling is required.ResponsibilitiesCollaboratively work with product team to understand product roadmap and plan marketing and PR activities for Gismart products. Product branding and product positioning for a new and/or reworked Gismart apps with the purpose to create a strong, unique brand.Manage the development of press materials including press releases, website content, presentations, etc. Develop, manage and nurture relationships with Google Play, the App Store and Amazon AppStore managers. Understand and utilize available opportunities for product/brand promotion across app stores and timely pitch product updates/news.Timely pitch product updates directly to media outlets or work with public relations agency, wire services and other consultants as needed.Manage communication and maintained excellent relationships with potential and existing partners. Understand what Gismart can offer to various partners and effectively pitch the opportunities to them.Work cross functionally with Product and Marketing team to qualify new opportunities for business partners for joint marketing campaigns to maximize the value that Gismart derives from those partnerships. Effectively manage a joint campaigns through the preparation, development, launch to completion acting as communication point between Gismart team and business partners. Locate new business opportunities by communicating and visiting revenant events and conferences. Presenting the company at tech events and network with app developers and others.RequirementsStrategic, creative thinker comfortable with generating ideas with ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.Outstanding team player with great organisational and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding and hands-on experience in mobile app marketing is a must.Experience in product branding and PR will be an advantage.Strong network of contacts across app stores managerial/editorial teams.Ability to spot a business opportunity and pitch/sell company?s achievements and offerings in various settings. Previous experience working on a similar position in mobile music entertainment business.A business degree; MBA or similar post-graduate degree preferred.Ability to  travel internationally across the Europe region, including frequent visits to Gismart Minsk office.Fluent in English and Russian languages is a must.Genuine interest in music (e.g. playing musical instrument, music degree) will be beneficial.Opening date of the application: November 9, 2017Closing date of the application: December 9, 2017
