Hours:  35 per week, working Monday to Friday Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to join an established Asset Strategy Team to help support the delivery of our Active Asset Management Strategy?   Do you like to use data to influence decisions?   Are you passionate about ensuring we provide excellent asset management services and continue to invest in the right homes and communities at the right time to maximise value? Reporting to the Neighbourhood Planning Manager, you will use data to understand costs, identify trends, carry out option appraisals andidentify actions to improve the return on assets and inform sustainable investment, divestment / stock rationalisation and regeneration priorities for the Group.  In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time. You will have significant financial and analytical skills with an aptitude for advanced data interrogation and management, including experience of using Excel, appraisal models and asset management systems.  Attention to detail will be a key competence and you will be required to generate reports and present information in an accessible and engaging format.  Knowledge and experience of managing a property portfolio would be an advantage. Your Housing Group is a new generation of housing provider, working efficiently and effectively to build as many quality houses as possible, thereby playing its part in solving the national housing crisis.
