We are known to provide the highest clinical and care standards for clients under our care to achieve the best out of day to day living.As a Registered Nurse, you?ll unable to us to deliver client centred approach to achieve our goals while working as leader of a multi-disciplinary shift team supporting and mentoring everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.We?re looking for both Pre-Registered and Registered Nurses.NMC registration required for a Registered Nurse (RN). You are expected to produced high quality care plans and detailed risk assessment related to care provision of our clients in care. You are expected to understand all care regulatory framework including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines.If you are a Pre-Registered Nurse, It is expected that you will clear your NMC OSCE assessment with our support. You will be working as a care worker until you achieve your NMC registration. To join our team you will need to hold valid IELTs pass certificate dated within the last two years, with a minimum score of 7 in all areas. You?ll also need a Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Computer Based Training certificate and an invite to undertake the NMC?s OSCE test.Key Duties-Plan, provide and evaluate nursing and other care for patients.-Provide supervision and training to junior and unqualified staff to ensure care plans are implemented-Manage own caseload  and priorities the management of caseload during busy period-Clinical duties involve drug administration, wound care and other nursing treatments-Monitor patients physical and mental health and report to relevant health professionals as necessary-As part of duties ensure clients nutritional needs are met and take part in implementing disease prevention-Liaise with senior staff to ensure implementation of safe nursing environment and nursing policy- Take part in nursing audits and ensure clinical governance standards are met
