Duties to include:?  Preparing client correspondence and send out to the client to obtain signatures?  Checking and chasing for ID and ensuring this is saved on the system?  Preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing?  To administer electronic filing?  Opening and closing, storage and retrieval of client files?  Scanning incoming and outgoing correspondence onto the system?  Prepare mail for despatch?  Make appointments and arrange meetings for fee earner's diary?  Greet clients as they come into the office and answering queries by phone or emailSkills/Experience Required:?  Experience in secretarial practice?  Knowledge of legal secretary work?  Previous experience working as a legal secretary? A good attention to detail? A good tying speed?
