An HR and Payroll Administrator is required at an automotive company in East Oxford. 24-28k. Part time 21hrs. Your new company A proactive HR and Payroll Administrator is required to join a growing and forward thinking automotive company based in East Oxford. You will report into the Head of Group Finance but will have sole responsibility for all HR tasks. This is a part time position and will require you to work approximately 21 hours per week (which can be flexible and could possibly be increased in the future if required). The offices are easily accessible by car and there is on road parking nearby.Your new role With sole responsibility for a number of highly confidential tasks, you will be required to maintain all HR records, manage the starter and leaver process, and prepare the payroll for approximately 75 members of staff. Furthermore, you will have responsibility for some Health and Safety tasks; completing risk assessments and ensuring all legislation is adhered to. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to suggest and implement new processes to improve efficiency.What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position, you will have demonstrable HR experience, have the ability to work accurately and be methodical in your approach. You will be flexible, be able to follow direction but also suggest new ideas when appropriate. It is essential that you have experience using MS Office and ideally have knowledge of Sage payroll packages.What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a salary of between 24-28k depending on experience and full company benefits package. It is possible to be flexible with the days that you spread your 21 hours across, however, once this is fixed, it is expected that you will keep this.
