We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for General Practice. Ideally you will have a track-record of success in healthcare management. However, we would consider exceptional applicants with cross-transferable skills and managerial experience. As a team player, with strong leadership skills, you should be capable of working well under pressure and with initiative. It is anticipated that you will have experience of strategic planning and change management, and will be familiar with business accounting and estates management.Chapel Lane Surgery is a well-established partnership, located centrally within Formby, with good access to local amenities and excellent links to Liverpool and throughout the northwest. We are a forward-thinking practice with strong links to the CCG and local federation. We have invested heavily in technology and informatics, embracing new ways of working, designed to provide an efficient service to our patients and good work-life balance for staff. List size 8,100 patients. Also overseeing Freshfield Surgery in Formby, with an additional 3,000 patients. Four partners, one salaried GP, two ANPs, well-trained nursing team, experienced reception team with strong back-office support. Modern, purpose-built premises. High QOF achievement and provision of enhanced services. Collaborative working with other practices within Formby, with plans to co-locate into a state-of-the-art ?Health and Social Care Hub? in the near future.Opportunities to help shape future services within the area, developing innovative community-based solutions to alleviate demands on secondary care.Start Date: ASAP Interview Date: To be arrangedContract: Full time.
