And we?ll work with people across the business to support the cultural transformation.Please get your applications in before the closing date of Monday 2nd October 2017. Main Responsibilities         The self-service HR Portal product strategy and execution. Engaging stakeholders to define measurable outcomes, understand the user needs, and then create the product road-map.         Working with the cross functional teams to draw up design specifications, functionality requirements of the portal.  Develop internal policies, processes, knowledge content and FAQ?s that will form a part of the self-service portal.        Work closely with our technology partners to understand the basic self-service architecture and then customize the functionality level to meet our requirements.        Work with internal information security and data protection team to define access security levels.        Determine who will form a part of an internal team of authors, editors and reviewers and then manage regular meetings to arrive at key decisions.        Establish standards of governance for authoring content.         Designing a detailed testing and trial approach which supports an agile methodology.         Knowledge transfer to the Delivery Team who will communicate and train end users.         Integrating the shared service deployment plan with the development of the portal, advising on best delivery         You will also be accountable for HR Self Service Portal product budget. Key Interactions:         Reporting to the Head of Product for HR Services         Working with the People Transformation Team        Working with Technology engineering Team         Working with People Operations Team         Working with Zendesk our platform for the people service model. Ideal CandidateEssential:At least five years experience of:-          HR knowledge management-          HR technical content management-          HR training content developmentSpecific experience of managing design standards across the following areas:-          HR Knowledge and Training-          Org level design language,-          End-to-end User Journey design-          Information and content architecture and content taxonomyExperience implementing HR systems within large corporate organisations including Oracle HCM, organisation level LMS, organisation level case management including employment relationsBachelor level degree in HR or Business Related SubjectSix sigma practitioner at green belt or higher  Preferred:Experience of implementing Knowledge Management across shared service agents within the Indian market to assist in collaborating with our Bengaluru functionPost graduate qualification in HRProduct Management experienceAgile methodologyUnderstanding of HR processesPost graduate diploma in HR  BenefitsWe offer excellent benefits that help make Tesco a great place to work.  These include but aren?t limited to: ·                      An annual bonus scheme which you can achieve up to 3.5% of base salary·                      Privilegecard (including a 2nd card for a family member) after 6 months service with 10% off most purchases at Tesco·                      Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day·                      A retirement savings plan - 4%-7.5% contribution rate·                      Life Assurance - 5 x contractual pay·                      Buy As You Earn Scheme·                      Save As You Earn Scheme·                      Deals & Discounts through Tesco including Tesco Mobile & Tesco Bank·                      Deals and Discounts through many other external businesses This role is paying between £45,000 and £47,000 per annum
