Please also confirm your preferred office location.The TeamWithin the Transformation and Corporate Operations (TCO) Directorate, the Change and Programme Delivery Team (C&PD) supports national directorates to achieve key strategic NHS England Business Plan objectives and priorities.Our team allows NHS England to access a flexible pool of resources that can provide dedicated support, advice and assurance through a range of subject matter experts in programme delivery, mobilisation, organisational change, and other key areas of expertise. Our team members support a wide range of high-profile projects, programmes and transformative initiatives within NHS England, with the majority of our work delivering against national health and care priorities. Some examples of the programmes include: New Models of Care, Mental Health Task Force, 100,000 Genomes Programme, National Diabetes Prevention Programme, Primary Care Co-Commissioning. One of our main team objectives is controlling costs and creating efficiencies within NHS England through the reduction in off payroll worker costs by expanding this offer for programmes.We have now been established within the TCO Directorate for 2 years and are continue to expand our team. We are seeking individuals who thrive in dynamic, matrix-style team environments. We are keen to hear from candidates who are passionate about transformation and making a meaningful impact for the wider NHS.This is an administration role working within the Programme and Operational Support Team (POST), providing a strong business and office support function within OCPD supporting managers and staff across the team. Your experienceWe need highly capable and self-motivated individuals with demonstrable experience of contributing to successful teams in a business and administrative function. NHS experience would be desirable. You will be able to demonstrate a strong experience of working effectively within a large team and be used to working with multiple technologies (laptops, video conferencing, teleconferencing). You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be extremely proficient in keyboard and customer relation skills.You should be able to work autonomously as needed, work to tight deadlines and also in partnership with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders within a fast paced and demanding environment. You must have excellent communication, written and verbal skills and effective presentational skills. You will be part of a great team with staff based in London and Leeds and we have significant opportunities for you to contribute to the set-up of this new group and our operating model.This advert closes on Sunday 10 Sep 2017
