We currently have the following vacancies:? Permanent, Part time 19.5 hours per week, Adult Audiology.Working days: 2x full time days (Monday,Wednesday) 1x half day of choice The post holder will work within University Hospitals Bristol and be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient service as the patient?s first point of contact with the hospital. This will include greeting and signposting patients and relatives, processing patients using the Patient Administration System (PAS) and liaising with clinicians and colleagues to facilitate a smooth and timely flow of patients through the department. The role is responsible for setting high standards of patient care by enacting the Trust?s values at all times.We are looking for staff with a ?can do? attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good typing skills. A flexible approach to work will be essential in these constantly developing and adapting services.
