Job Title:  Receptionist/Floating SecretaryAs a Receptionist you will provide the Practice with both clerical and administrative support. You will assist colleagues by supporting the Practice?s logistical needs including, but not limited to, photocopying of correspondence, distributing documents internally and to third parties (Court, solicitors & estate agents), franking mail, banking and organising files for storage. Location: Elliot Mather Solicitors ? NottinghamHours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (35pw)Status: PermanentDuties:Floating Secretary ? providing relief secretarial support within departments. Producing accurate correspondence/documents from digital dictation, verbal or written instructions, including the use of templates and precedents. Maintaining appointment diaries, receiving morning mail and locating relevant files.            Reception - Answering and fielding incoming calls and meeting and greeting clients on Reception, Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail. General clerical tasks including photocopying, sending/receiving faxes, filing, etc. Maintaining archiving/deeds/wills register. Delivering documentation to third parties including Court, solicitors, estate agencies and associated parties. Undertaking ad hoc duties delegated.Skills/Qualities:  Computer literacy, audio-typing digital dictation skills with excellent communication and organisational skills, pleasant telephone manner/client care focused/confidentiality requirements.
