RMS is acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client based in Catterick currently recruiting a Regional Manager.Main Responsibilities will include Management of a regional team with the primary focus to ensure the effective delivery of the service provided to approximately 2,000 leavers per year. Establish effective working relationships and liaise with key stakeholders at local and regional level. Provide information and strategic support to the Senior Management Team. Represent the company at local military meetings where it is in the interest of the client group or business. Monitor delivery of both transition and vocational training to ensure a quality service. Ensure the delivery of career guidance in accordance with company assessment policies.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Relevant managerial &budgetary experience Possess strong organisational Strong Negotiating and influencing skills The ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders Experience in the delivery of a structured career or outplacement programme Proven ability in strategic planning Motivate and manage large teams Sound knowledge of careers guidance Ability to chair meetings and briefings Recruitment and induction of new staff The ability to Conduct Performance appraisal and feedback meetings Staff training and development Chair Team briefings and meetings. Discipline and conflict resolution Have an active role in the delivery of national policies and operational planning process Experience in the delivery of workshops in accordance with company policies The ability to handle complaints Delivering and setting contractors strategic objectivesCandidates must be: Educated to Min / at least Graduate level Willing to travel throughout the North East Have extensive experience in strategic planning Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Have a proven track record as a regional manager, managing large teams A sound knowledge of training Contact: Applications must be made via our website -
