And we offer a really competitive starting salary of £15/hr (after probation), followed by annual increments up to £16.16/hr.Your days will be varied, but will revolve around assessing care needs, designing care plans, implementing them and reviewing as required. You will supervise the care team to ensure that service users receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment whilst promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect. This will include administering, reviewing and monitoring medication.You will be a Qualified Nurse with a current PIN who is passionate about delivering quality care. You will be well organised and able to work on your own initiative. We have 3 nursing units of 10 beds and each unit has a nurse on duty for each shift.
