LOOKING FOR A SUPPORT WORKER a Supported Housing scheme for homeless people with mental health support needs. (shared or self-contained) with 24 hour cover, sleep in staff; day time staff on site with emergency call out. This scheme is open to single people in all age groups. Hours: 29 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 6 hours per day, Sunday 5 hours per day) Start Date: ASAP Duration: initially until 31 March 2017 ? possibly to be extendedThe role will be working with customers at our hostel for short stay accommodation for people with mental health recovery needs. The role encounters day-to-day issues such as benefits money management contact with health services contact with well-being services within the community peer support services and other professional recovery agencies within the community On a daily basis we are engaging with our customers to be as independent as possible within the community with a view to moving on to their own accommodation with a without support
