We are looking for a Performance Officer with a particular focus on managing adult safeguarding performance information.You will be part of a team working to improve the quality and practice in safeguarding of adults at risk of abuse across Islington.The team works with health, social care, police, voluntary and other partners to stop abuse and neglect of adults at risk.You will need to be able develop good links with health and social care teams in adults? social services as well as our partner organisations in the NHS, housing, independent and voluntary sectors. You will be developing processes to improve the integrity and reliability of the data used by staff on a daily basis and for our performance management reports in preparation for the end of year returns.You will need to have sound IT skills including significant experience of using electronic information records systems, Business Objects and Excel to an advanced level. You will have experience of data interrogation together with good communication skills and be a good team player.
