Invive Resourcing are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a luxury 5 star boutique hotel in Central London.Benefitting from on-going renovations to all areas, the hotel are looking for an experienced and charismatic and pro active Sales Manager to drive sales in the independently styled, destination restaurants and bar.Role and responsibilities: Working within the pro active Sales and Marketing team your focus will be on developing new and maintaining existing client relationships through sales calls, presentations, preparing and executing action plans, negotiating rates. You will have a positive attitude, be engaging with excellent communication skillsCarry out regular competitor analysisAt least 2 years of pro active sales experience in a high end restaurant and bar environmentKeep up-to-date knowledge of current trends and market forces as well as, an understanding of sales strategies and account profitabilityOccasional international travel may be requiredThe hotel is part of a leading group of both luxury branded and independent hotels across the UK and internationally.
