Sales RepresentativeMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesTheory recruitment are currently seeking a candidate with a sales background to join a growing team, the role will focus on developing sales and services with existing customers and prospects. The function of the Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the on-going development of existing and customers to ensure that the department can meet its growth targets.The Sales Representatives responsibilities will involve growing existing client relationships utilizing software solutions, along with prospecting new customers. The position will hold responsibility for direct transactional sales to potential clients in the assigned territory, along with the renewals of existing support contracts, and building relationships with Educational establishments in the assigned territory. Specifically, the Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities in the UK Market: To achieve assigned revenue target by selling technology solutions to discrete &process manufacturing companies. Prospect and develop new accounts Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers Develop quotations based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customers Work a sales campaign working to an average of 50 calls a day.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1 years of work experience in professional business environment Ability to demonstrate consistent achievement of targets Successful track recordDesirable: Inside technology telesales/telemarketing experience a plus Excellent computer skills Siebel or another CRM, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills Capable of independently prioritizing daily / weekly activities The abilities to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals and have excellent organizational/time management skills are requiredBenefitsThe role offers an excellent salary dependent on experience with sales based bonus.
