Brand new busy and varied role required for our Colchester based client working alongside their group marketing director as a Sales & Marketing Administrator. In your role as Sales & Marketing Administrator you will be confident working under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time and keeping to deadlines to achieve these. This is a fantastic role for someone with drive, enthusiasm and previous experience in a similar role to come on board in this role as a Sales & Marketing Administrator to provide excellent support to not only the Group Marketing Director but also the management team and other directors.The roleManage the company's content strategy in conjunction with Group Marketing Director.Event co-ordination, Office Operational dutiesProvide a proactive, detailed support role as part of the company's internal and external communications including websites, social media and the company intranetManaging marketing material by holding records of current stock levels and distributing them to Account Management team and key disciplines.In conjunction with the group communication strategy maintain and update all internal and external communications including website updates, social media updates and company intranet.Providing general administration support to the Management Team and Directors on a day to day basis.Organising meetings within the company, ensuring the relevant meeting rooms are booked and refreshments are provided at all timesAssisting with travelling arrangements and expenses and other online payments.Co-ordinating events within the company by sending out relevant invites and liaising with venues and hotelsKeeping an up to date team contact sheet and induction checklists for the Training and Development Manager.Providing support to the Training and Development Manager including managing inductions for all new employees.Provide a proactive and supportive role as part of our marketing output across all brands in conjunction with overall group marketing strategy.
