Sales - EMEAWe are recruiting for a dynamic a FinTech firm, based in the heart of London. Where many FinTech firms are looking to disrupt banking they are collaborating. It's a very exciting time to join at this time of growthROLE:Working in predominantly new business sales, you will be responsible for managing SaaS sales, client satisfaction, client retention and revenue growth within a growing portfolio of Tier-1 and Tier-2 Investment Banks and other large financial services institutions. You'll drive leads through qualification, demonstration, negotiation and close. On a day-to-day basis you'll be talking directly with senior stakeholders, COO's, Managing Directors and Heads of Operations. Internally, you'll work closely with the lead generation and client delivery teams, ensuring a healthy pipeline. Understanding the client's needs and being able to educate them about the values the company brings to their world is essential.ABOUT YOU:* You'll be able to prove your closing skills* Experience of selling SaaS or Cloud based services within the Financial Services arena or a proven background selling software into investment banking with a real interest in the FinTech revolution * Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation and negotiation skills, confident conducting business on the phone, over WebEx and in person * Driven and highly self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic outlook * Team-player who gets stuff done and pitch's in, not afraid to roll sleeves upThere will be significant opportunity to develop your role as the business accelerates.
