This is a great opportunity for a Secretary to join them as they go through a further period of growth.The Position:The Secretary position exists to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is a demanding position working in a fast pace environment which will require the successful applicant to be extremely time effective and having the ability to prioritise will be crucial. You will have proven office administration and some secreterial experience having worked in a similar role previously.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls / email queriesAttending to visitors and showing clients to board roomDealing with client queries and questionsUpdate the internal system with client notesRaising sales invoicesProduce invoice statementsAudio typing & typing fee notesBuying office suppliesBankingFiling / photocopying /scanningRequirements:Previous office administration experience is essentialSecreterial expereince would be desirableMust be proficient in Microsoft Office and internetHigh level of telephone and email communication skillsOutstanding attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressureMethodical and organisedAbility to multi taskA great team playerA desire to show initiativeBenefits offered by our Client:Office hours, Monday to Friday20 day's holiday per annum (increasing to 22) plus bank holidaysBonus structureQuarterly staff social events
