JOB SPECIFICATION: Senior Sales Manager- Industrial Safety Footwear, WorkwearThis is an expansion role involving developing existing relationships, but crucially generating new business, selling at senior health and safety manager and Director level, also to buying and purchasing decision makers at large industrial and corporate end users. You will need to be strategic in your approach to target companies to whom my client?s higher value proposition will be relevant. This is a multi-level, multi-decision maker sell with long lead times. Although you will be selling and promoting to these end users, you will supply via and through large nationwide industrial distributors. So the other half of the role will be classic industrial distributor management including managing, informing and motivating the sales and management personal to promote my client?s brand to their customers.REQUIREMENTS: Senior Sales Manager- Industrial Safety Footwear, WorkwearIdeally you will have a proven track record of success selling industrial or safety footwear, PPE or work wear to large corporate end users and via distributors. They will consider outstanding candidates from outside those product areas, but selling into these markets.
