Hours: 24 Hours per week Salary: £11,587 gross per annum Location: Adams House, Stanley Court, OlneyType of Contract: open ended Interview: 1 December 2017Additional Information: This post requires weekend working.Please bring to the interview your Proof of Right to Work in the UK, such as your passport, or a Birth Certificate with the names of at least one of your parents on it together with a document with your NI number on it.You will be responsible for day-to-day running of the shop, from recruiting and supervising volunteer staff through to securing, merchandising and displaying stock, and planning and monitoring shop budgets. Put simply, this is about working with volunteers from the local community to raise as much cash as possible from donations so we can move a step closer to overcoming poverty. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial attitude and people management experience.
