Job title: Associate Case Manager (Catastrophic Injury)Location: Home BasedHours of work: VariableStatus: Self EmployedSalary: CompetitiveWe have an exciting opportunity for Rehabilitation Case Managers with experience in spinal, brain or amputee injuries, to join our existing Catastrophic Team at HCML.HCML, a provider of professional rehabilitation services, specialises in providing case management services to the insurance, corporate and legal sectors, assisting injured and ill individuals to recover and return to work or their pre-injury condition. We are passionate about ensuring that everyone who requires rehabilitation in the UK has access to quality and effective, co-ordinated services. We deliver added value to our clients by facilitating both speedy recovery and strong clinical outcomes, including managing appropriate treatment and care.The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent case management to individuals who have sustained spinal cord injury, brain injury or major limb amputation.Following a successful career as a clinician working in the appropriate clinical speciality, you will also have experience of providing case management services, and manage your own case load. In return, we will offer you flexible working arrangements and competitive rates of pay.To be shortlisted for interview, you will have the following skills and experience:-At least 4 years experience of working with individuals with spinal cord injury, brain injury and/or major limb amputation.A relevant degree e.g. Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy.Likely to have HCPC/NMC/BABICM membership (or is willing to apply); will be a member of CMSUK / VRA / BPSClinical and/or case management experienceAll successful candidates will be subject to DBS checks.
