Experience of hardship fund (or similar) administration, casework and general administration is essential.To be successful you will be a proactive, organised and confident communicator who is able to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team. You will be comfortable delivering engaging presentations to students and stakeholders to promote financial support available.If successful you will have an opportunity to provide excellent student support services, aiding the recruitment, supporting the retention and promoting development of support for Edge Hill University students.About the RoleYou will work as part of the Student Services team and your primary role will be to assist the Head of Advice, Guidance and Customer Service in the publication, promotion and administration of financial support and the University Hardship Fund.
