We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic and innovative Support Workers in Birmingham. To apply for this role you must hold 6 months experience within the last 2 years in the NHS and able to supply references covering the last 4 years (one being from a previous NHS role).Successful candidates will be highly motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively within a team in order to support patients to achieve their own recovery goals is essential. You?ll also be expected to keep accurate records and write reports. These may be used in case reviews and future care plans.The shifts are based on mainly Mental Health wards. Patients could include children, adolescents or adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs.To apply for this role please make sure you have the relevant experience to, if you do not have the relevant experience for this role your application will not be processed.
