The service provides support to residents with Learning Difficulties / Mental Health problems.You will work flexibly to ensure individual needs are met while maximising independence, dignity, privacy and well-being. No experience? Thats alright My client will provide you with full training and support to ensure you reach your full potential. The most important skills you can bring to this position are the ability to empathise, to work on your own initiative and to be genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about wanting to help others.
