We have an exciting opportunity for partátime Support Workers to join the Welmede Supported Living team in Horley, Surrey.In this varied and dynamic role you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations. Through a mixture of active 1:1 support in their home and the community, you will enable people to live as independently as possible and to become happier and more content with their lives as a result.As a Support Worker you may be required to provide support across Horley and as such it is desirable that you have a valid driving licence and have access your own vehicle.Our services operate 24/7, 365 days a year and shift patterns will include early mornings, late evenings, sleep-ins and waking nights and you must be flexible to cover the rota at the service.Across Horley we have services that support service users with learning disabilities with their access to the community and assistance with home maintenance.What knowledge and experience should you have?To be a Support Worker with Welmede you don?t need to have any previous experience as we will ensure you receive fantastic training and support, from day one, to enable you to be outstanding in your role.
