You will provide just the right level of support so the people you support can gain the confidence and everyday skills to live full and active lives in the community.Key to your success as a Support Worker will be your ability to build rapport with the people we support, being adaptable and able to develop good relationships with colleagues in each of the services.  A strong positive attitude is essential for this position, along with a willingness to undertake various levels of personal care and manual handling, and to make a difference to the lives of those you support.Establishing good relationships with the people you support, you will help to use a range of person centered planning tools in a fast paced environment to meet the outcomes and life style choices of the people that you are supporting.You will work on a flexible shift rota ?
