Job Title: Tableau DeveloperPREFERRED LOCATION ManchesterJob Description: Gsomega is hiring for a Tableau Developer .It is a role that will drive key business metrics and dashboards in teamResponsibilities: The analyst can have a key support role to the business operations team within the delivery & execution of operational and money coverage necessities. The position can act with managers and analysts to make dashboards and scorecards to live key performance metrics and key business analytics. The analyst would require robust analytical capability with numbers and use that capability to be able to drive data-driven choices through the dashboards. The analyst responsibilities can embody (but not restricted to) the following: - Building and making dashboards mistreatment Tableau to review structure performance - Providing analysis to enhance & maintain productivity and profitableness - Supporting periodical reviews of the business up & down the management chain - Collaborating with cross-functional groups to provide the regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly). - assembling knowledge from varied sources into one, consumable, knowledge set - distinctive business trends, issues, challenges, and counseled actionsDesired Experience: - BA/BS degree with 5+ years related experience in business with management, finance or MIS focus. MBA/MS preferred - Prior role as business operations, financial analyst, or business manager - Experience with building dashboards with Tableau. - Strong mastery of Excel, Powerpoint, Business Objects, and other reporting tools. Oracle Projects, databases, and other business reporting tools a plus. - Must have experience in participating as a key member in a cross-functional team and/or international projects or programs of high complexity. - Experience and understanding of a services organization, its processes, and its policies are a strong plus.
