The successful candidate will be contracted for a minimum of 2.5 hours per week. You should be flexible to work a variety of pre-agreed shifts which will be within the following opening hours: Tuesdays 7:30am - 4:15pm & 11:00 - 7:45pmThursdays 7:30am - 4:15pmSaturdays 7:30am - 12:15pmPlease note that this is a Part time position only and that you will be required to work a minimum of the hours stated above over one calendar month. You will be required to do full day and half day shifts as requiredIf the test center is open from 7:30 to 7:45 the day will be split into 2 shifts - Morning (7:30-4:15) and late (11:00-7:45).Pearson Professional Centers (PPCs) are part of an international network of computer-based testing centers which deliver quality examinations in a highly secure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient delivery of tests to candidates. This is achieved by following procedures and guidelines provided by the company, whilst ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained at all times.The ideal candidate will: Have experience in a customer service environment Have experience in dealing with members of the public face to face Demonstrate great people skills Have experience in Office Administration Enjoy working as part of a team Be confident in using a variety of IT applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)If your skills and experience fit the criteria, we would like to hear from you.Pearson VUE is an equal opportunities employer that values the diversity of its people.
