They offer superb working conditions and excellent opportunities for staff development along with great benefits.About the role: Working in an existing team, you will initially be observing and learning with existing staff before getting involved in the role on a day to day basis. Working in a busy phone based role, you will be: - Dealing with a variety of business customers across the UK - Dealing with queries regarding policies and suitability of products - Liaising with other departments to solve customer queries and updating customers - Handling customer complaints, passing to senior staff where applicable - Producing documents including correspondence to dealers via letter and email - Carrying out general admin duties including updating databases, sorting, distributing and scanning incoming post - Undergoing training including studying toward further professional qualificationsSkills and Experience required: The ideal candidate will have ideally previous admin or customer service experience and be looking to build a career in the insurance industry. You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent including English and Maths.
