We have been a preferred recruitment supplier to global Engineering clients for over 30 years, based in Putney, SW15, Zone 2/3, on the District and mainline.Our structured 12-month Academy Program is seeking both experienced Recruiters and Apprentices looking to get into Engineering Recruitment for the first time, offering a mixture of on-the-job-training, a great deal of practical work, and an accredited NVQ or BTEC.Requirements: You should have 5 GCSEs at A-C Level including Maths & English; Apprenticeships are just as relevant for A-Level applicants or Graduates looking for their first career-employment. Applicants will be prioritised who can demonstrate extra-curricular activities, such as Work Experience, in-or-out of Business/Recruitment, DofE / Queen's Scout, Public Speaking or Charity Work, to demonstrate a track record of achievement. A lot of the work is talking to people on the phone, so at interview we look for clear and interesting conversation, confidence, positivity, integrity, discipline, professional image, sense of humour plus Maths / Engineering bias to take in the training on Engineering concepts.In-house you with progress through a structured 12 month Academy Program.1. Technique Training: Sales Techniques, Recruitment Techniques2. Industry Training: become a Subject Matter Expert in a particular Engineering Discipline - Mechanical, Electrical, Drilling, Project Services etc.3. Registering Candidates: outbound interview calls to understand what candidates are looking for4. Resourcing: search CV databases, interview candidates, shortlist CVs5. Arranging Interviews: as you progress, work with Clients to arrange interviews and manage offers of employment6. Job Finding: use state-of-the-art software to identify Vacancies - make outbound sales calls to sell your candidates7. Client Development: outbound sales calls to introduce yourself to new ClientsOnce you have successfully completed these steps, you will be interviewed to be promoted to Recruitment Consultant. CCL uses the full range of medias (our extensive Bullhorn database, job boards (inc. OilandGasJobSearch, LinkedIn Premium). As well as UK clients, you will liaise with our clients and offices in Africa, Europe and US.Concurrent, for the Apprenticeship Qualification you will to choose from the following, depending on you qualifications and experience:Digital Client Services BTEC Level 3 (equivalent to 1 A-Level): this track is for Apprentices who wish to improve their office skills - software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM) and client communications (business systems, customer data) while on-the-job-training.Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing - Cert RR - NVQ Level 2 (equivalent to 5 GCSEs): for your first career-job - Attract, Match, Assess, Select and Present candidatesCertificate in the Principles of Recruitment - Cert PRP - NVQ Level 3 (equivalent to two A-Levels): for A-Level applicants with Business-to-Business experience - Recruitment Market, Operations, Assessing People, Sales, Relationship Management, Law.Diploma in Recruitment Practice - RPD3 - NVQ Level 3 (equivalent to two A Levels): for experienced Recruiters - Client Requirements, Matching Candidates, Resourcing, Interviews, Resource Planning, Market Research, Negotiating, Sales Presentations, Proposals.Salary: pay on the Digital Client Services and Recruitment Resourcing tracks is £10,400 / year, 35 hrs / week, 9-5, with 23 days paid holidays. On top you will receive on-the-job training, plus off-the-job training, leading to an NVQ / BTEC, funded. Performance Bonuses up to £2,700 can be paid during the 12 months on fast progressiong through the program. At the end of the 12 months you will be interviewed for a permanent position. Salaries for B2B / Recruiter experience on applicationYou must live within 45 minutes of SW15.
