Account Manager Belgium (Dutch speaking) Location: London, UKReports to: VIP Team LeaderDepartment: Central Customer MarketingHours of work: 0900 - 1800 Monday - Friday About the roleOur VIP and high value customers are key to the success of our business. We are looking for someone to manage our current group of high net worth clients in our Belgian Market. With native level Dutch (Flemish) language skills, the ideal candidate will be looking to build relationships with VIP customers, increase their loyalty and ensure that our products and services are tailored, providing an excellent all round experience.What will you be doing?Build strong relationships with valuable customers and provide superb service and gaming experiences tailored to them, across all productsMonitor individual customer performance and ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirementsHandle customers? day to day queries and complaints, including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide the VIP with personal and ?competition beating? serviceInitiate campaigns that will drive activity for high net worth customers, ensure that they are generated in a timely manner, results monitored and reportedManage targets and a budgetMonitor the customer base for new VIP customer potentialWork alongside Marketing and Events teams to plan and execute events; entertain and host customers at various local and global eventsAcquire knowledge of customers and build profiles including playing behaviours, interests, likes and dislikes How will you be measured?Number of ActivesReported Gross WinVIP Retention RatePersonal performance What have you done?Degree educated, with formal training in Marketing, CRM or Events Management an advantage.Some work experience in an Account Management or CRM role, or alternatively experience in Customer Services, in online or land-based Gaming industriesNative level Dutch (Flemish) speakerStrong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust; strong social and people skillsGreat organisation, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills and strong ?writing? skillsSound commercial acumen, understanding of ROI and an analytical approachFriendly and enthusiastic, ability to use common sense, display good judgement, and think quickly on your feetEmpathetic, discreet, and a good listenerBe unfazed when making outbound calls to important customersCommitment to providing world class service to valuable customersHave a genuine passion for the online gaming industry, either as a customer or through work experience in the industryBe presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours Application processTo apply for this role click on the "Apply for this role" button and complete the short web form, please add a covering letter explaining your motivations for applying and your salary expectations.
