Job Title: Warehouse Admin Assistant (Part-time)Location: Kirkby in AshfieldSalary: 7.50?8 p/h (dependent on skills and experience)Hours: Working from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.Job Description:The position is an Admin role based in the Warehouse Office working within a very busy & challenging environment. Working within your allocated alpha ? numeric split of the customer base, ensure that all customer orders are accurately processed and delivered with perfect invoices and that the customer receives exceptional customer service and prompt responses to requests.Responsibilities:? Your role will be to support the team with the day to day administration within the warehouse office.? Responsible for despatching and stock control? This will include printing and managing the pick lists for the pickers and packers to ensure the right goods go out to the right clients in the right quantities.? Work with the pallet and distribution companies to coordinate deliveries and collections.? Getting quotes and arranging transport for export? Arranging transport for same day deliveries? Dealing with queries and questions from both internal and external stake holders.? Ensuring accurate administration / stock control.? Checking goods (getting quantities and weight etc.)? Filing, faxing, photocopying and other administrative duties.? Assisting the warehouse manager in reporting on process improvements and customer invoicing.Requirements:? You will have a strong administrative back ground, highly organised and pro-active in your work.? IT literate able to use the usual Office IT packages, Word, EXCEL and Outlook etc.? Able to look for solutions to problems that present themselves when dealing with stock into and out of the warehouse.? Customer focused able to offer 1st class customer support and service when dealing with any clients via phone or email.? Oral and written communication in English language.? Dedication to promoting accuracy and quality of work within team.? Previous experience within logistics is an advantage but not essential.?
