Each month the Trust has approximately 10 to 20 vacancies for various apprentice administration roles.We are looking for staff with a “can do” attitude who meet our organisational values. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong verbal, written and IT skills. A flexible approach to work will be essential in these constantly developing and adapting services. Please read the job descriptions before you apply to see which of the roles you are most interested in and suitable for.The Trust is trialling a new, innovative way to recruit admin apprentices. This involves starting the recruitment (advert, application and assessment) before there is a specific vacancy. Successful candidates will be placed in a ‘Talent Pool’, where you can be offered a choice of roles across the Trust. This style of recruitment takes the “hunting” out of job hunting, as you will only have to submit one application to the Trust and you will be matched with a job after you’ve completed the assessments.
